Funding and fees
Workplace rehabilitation is usually funded by the workers' compensation insurer on an accepted claim. We're appointed to the WorkCover Queensland Rehabilitation Services Provider Panel, and also work with interstate schemes and self-insurers.
Employers can also fund early intervention and return-to-work support outside a claim.

Common questions
Who chooses the rehabilitation provider?
In many schemes, you can ask for a particular provider. Talk to your case manager, or call us and we'll explain the options.
Will you talk to my employer?
Yes, with your consent, because a safe return needs everyone on the same page. We only share what's needed for your return to work.
What if I can't go back to my old job?
We help you explore other roles with your employer, or a new direction with a different employer, through vocational assessment and job seeking support.
