Funding and fees
Telehealth sessions can be funded in the same ways as face-to-face sessions: workers' compensation or CTP claims when the insurer approves, the NDIS for self- and plan-managed participants, your health fund's extras cover, your employer's EAP, or privately at $190 per hour.

What do I need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection, or just a phone for phone sessions.
Is it secure?
Yes. We use secure telehealth platforms and keep your information private, in line with our privacy collection notice.
Can I switch between telehealth and face to face?
Yes. Many people mix both, depending on what suits each week.
