Common questions
Can my CTP insurer pay for counselling?
Often, yes, on an accepted claim when the insurer approves it as reasonable and necessary treatment. We can help you ask.
I wasn't badly hurt. Can I still get help?
Yes. Many people feel shaken after an accident even without serious injuries. You can see us privately or through your health fund.
Will you talk to my lawyer?
Only with your written consent, and only about what's needed for your claim.
